2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 3 (three) days from the date receipt of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used mobile phones and accessories (unless defective).
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at +94 77 757 7678 or mail us over Contact Form to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the return authorization number on the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
